Continuing throughout 2016, the worldwide series by Reebok highlights multiple fitness disciplines including CrossFit and Studio.

Reebok has launched a worldwide content series to celebrate the people who inspire others to stretch beyond their limits to be the best possible version of themselves. Titled #TrainerTribute, the campaign pays homage to professional fitness instructors for their contributions to society.

For the painstaking dedication students are afforded, the brand argues that trainers are as valuable as healthcare providers and educators. As motivators of the mind, body, and soul, they inspire clients to be healthy as well as educate the public on how to lead an active, productive lifestyle.

The platform has officially debuted with a short film focused on boxing and combat-style training. Continuing throughout 2016 with additional executions mapped out, the series highlights fitness disciplines including CrossFit and Studio. Viewers can catch the first #TrainerTribute spot here.

As part of the effort, Reebok is partnering exclusively with Handstand. The app is disrupting the personal fitness industry by connecting trainers to clients with the tap of a button. From yoga to boxing, the channels allows for a customised experience with a choice of more than 15 disciplines.

Users can book their city’s top trainers at any time and place for almost half the cost of a gym, while the instructor is able to earn a larger portion of the class fees than they would at a typical fitness studio. Handstand goes live in Greater Los Angeles and New York City, and has plans to go global.

Instructors who subscribe to the app automatically become ReebokONE members, the fitness giant’s global network of professional trainers. Members are given priority access to cutting-edge products. In addition, they are entitled to substantial discounts on the latest, most advanced merchandise.

#TrainerTribute was shot by Venables, Bell & Partners to coincide with the Global Instructor Summit taking place from 6-9 June 2016 at Palm Desert in California. It unites 25 of the most influential fitness professionals, who reach tens of millions of devoted followers every day on social media.
