Step into a world of refined style with the new Mulberry x Rejina Pyo collection. This collaboration brings together Mulberry’s iconic heritage and Rejina Pyo’s innovative design approach, resulting in a collection that celebrates both tradition and forward-thinking fashion.
British heritage brand Mulberry, known for its collaborations with designers like Paul Smith, Nicholas Daley, Richard Malone, and Priya Ahluwalia, is now highlighting UK-based South Korean designer Rejina Pyo with a new limited-edition collection in its Mulberry Editions series.
In celebration of the 10th anniversary of her eponymous label, Rejina Pyo has collaborated with Mulberry, drawing inspiration from the brand’s iconic designs to create a timeless and elegant collection of bags, accessories, ready-to-wear, and jewellery. The collection also features playful elements, such as a leather Teddy Bear keyring.
In a statement about the collaboration, Pyo remarked, “When I collaborate with someone, I carefully consider their values, their contributions to the world, and how they treat others.”
“The timeless design and ‘Made to Last’ philosophy truly resonated with me. Mulberry crafts pieces that you want to cherish and keep for years, which is the essence I always strive to bring to my own brand” she added.
Celebrating 10 Years: Rejina Pyo’s Mulberry Collaboration
In addition, The Mulberry x Rejina Pyo collection features a reimagined version of Mulberry’s archival Blenheim silhouette, with pared-down exterior pockets and a knotted closure inspired by Pyo’s designs. Additionally, a minimalist top-handle crossbody bag in the collection draws inspiration from the Clovelly bag family.
Apart from that, the collection showcases both brands’ dedication to sustainability. All leather used is sourced from environmentally certified tanneries and offset through carbon neutrality initiatives with the World Land Trust.
The collection includes ready-to-wear pieces inspired by British design. Highlights include an oversized camel coat made from organic cotton, a belted suit in a heritage check made from responsibly sourced wool, and a draped knit top in an autumnal leaf green alpaca blend.
The collection features two pairs of earrings and a necklace, each with a distinctive textured look.
The Mulberry x Rejina Pyo limited-edition collection is now available for purchase online and at select Mulberry and Rejina Pyo stores worldwide with prices ranging from £175 to £1,195.
