Acura has introduced its new TLX GT package across all 2016 and 2017 models available at dealers in the United States. The customisable upgrade entails a rear deck-lid spoiler, front spoiler, side-sill garnishes, rear underbody spoiler, and an optional 19-inch Diamond Cut wheel and tire kit.
The five-passenger luxury variant delivers a blend of sports-sedan athleticism, premium refinement, and the latest iterations of precision-handling technologies, including the Precision All-Wheel Steer, next-generation Super-Handling All-Wheel Drive and Agile Handling Assist specifications.
All three releases afford a long list of standard luxury comfort, convenience, and safety features. Each model with a 2.4-litre engine can be upgraded to the Technology Package, while Acura TLX cars with the 3.5-liter engine are available with the Technology or line-topping Advance Package.
The marque’s sports car racing heritage includes the 2009 American LeMans manufacturer, driver and team championships in both the LMP1 and LMP2 classes. Acura Motorsports just completed its TLX GT campaign at the Pirelli World Challenge with long-time partner, RealTime Racing.
