MWWPR has appointed public relations veteran, Karen Clyne, to run its San Francisco office and lead the agency’s technology practice.
MWWPR has named Karen Clyne (pictured) the General Manager and US Technology Practice Lead of its San Francisco office. Charged with growing said unit, she will manage the network’s enterprise and consumer technology accounts as well as spearhead business development for prospective clients.
Other key duties entail overseeing operations in the aforementioned market and leading the broader technology team across the agency. She will also focus on wider integration of capabilities within areas like reputation management, corporate communications, lifestyle, and travel and tourism.
Clyne joins MWWPR with a roster of new client wins, including Sol Republic, Roomster, Slangwho, Launchpad Digital Health, and Payworks, bringing to the role 16 years of experience in integrated technology communications. She was most recently SVP at Eastwick Communications.
In her previous capacity, she headed client services. From global brands to start-up innovators, her expertise lies in communications programmes designed around businesses immersed in enterprise technology, consumer, security, storage, digital health and wellness, and B2B and B2C solutions.
