Zimmerman promotes leaders to continue growth

Zimmerman Advertising, an Omnicom Group company, is pleased to announce an exciting promotion within the ad agency leadership team. Lisa Rossi has been promoted to the role of Chief Client Officer. In addition, Jill Schneider, formerly the SVP, Group Operations Director, takes on the role of EVP, Retail Account Services and Maria Rico has been promoted to VP, Operations Director. The promotions are following a string of new business wins in 2019 and 2020.

Rossi, a 14-year veteran of the agency, will be responsible for leading the client relationships to ensure best-in-class services at the speed of retail. She will serve as executive client lead, overseeing the agency’s roster of brands. Throughout her time at the agency, Rossi has proven an ability to lead big retail brands in dynamic times, as well as driving best-in-class Immersive Commerce solutions within the full-service agency network. Her remit is to work with senior clients and navigate growth plans in all forms.

Supporting Lisa on that mission will be Jill Schneider, promoted to the role of EVP, Retail Operations. Jill is a 20-year veteran of Zimmerman. She was responsible for leading the transformation of Nissan from a traditional retail marketing approach to a leading-edge brand building and retail driving model designed to engage customers in a digital world. Her new remit is simple: Drive over-delivery for every client, every day.

Maria Rico has also been promoted to the role of VP, Operations Director to help orchestrate the people and process to make all of the above happen seamlessly. Maria has been with the agency for seven years and she is a proven champion within the agency.
