She returns to the firm from IPG Mediabrands, where she served as Chief Talent Officer for North America and spearheaded human resource capabilities encompassing the full talent suite of recruiting, compensation, human resource information systems, learning, development, diversity, and inclusion.

In the aforementioned capacity, she was also responsible for talent programmes and new initiatives across all brands including UM, Initiative, and Orion, to name a few. Prior to that, she functioned as Chief Talent Officer for Digitas Worldwide and earned the agency more than 20 ‘Best Places to Work’ recognitions.

Throughout her career, Jackson has held HR leadership roles with ABC TV, Essence Communications, BBDO, and Planned Parenthood. In her leisure, she lends her advisory services to the Harlem YMCA’s Black Achievers Programme.

Her experience and enthusiasm is exactly what we need to ensure Wunderman is a great place to work and that our people are proud of working with us. She’s a tremendous asset to the team and we’re excited to see her ideas unfold,” said Read.
