Weber Shandwick has promoted five leaders to wider roles for more deeply integrated client services across its North American markets.

Weber Shandwick has elevated five to offer more deeply integrated client services across its North American markets. Luca Penati, Rana Komar, Greg Power, Joy Farber-Kolo, and Pam Jenkins take on additional remits to oversee cross-office units in the region.

Under their leadership, offices across North America will benefit from added scale and depth, wider expertise, and increased collaboration. Penati, former San Francisco/Silicon Valley GM, will become President of Weber Shandwick West, and head up California and Seattle.

Previously General Manager of Chicago, Komar has been named President of the firm’s Central business. She will drive integration across its Midwest offices including Minneapolis, Chicago, and St. Louis. Canada CEO, Greg Power, is now also the firm’s President, North.

His remit expands to include collaboration with the firm’s Detroit team. New York GM, Farber-Kolo, will be President, East to drive growth in New York, Boston, and Atlanta. Jenkins is to lead integration in Dallas, Baltimore, and Washington, DC as President, South.

“These leaders have been at the helm of some of the most meaningful work. I am confident in their ability to bring our teams closer to strengthen our already deeply collaborative culture in North America,” said Sara Gavin (pictured), President, North America at Weber Shandwick.
