OPPO has partnered with its brand ambassador, Deepika Padukone, to launch a limited-edition version of the original F3 mobile phone in India.
OPPO has partnered with its brand ambassador to launch the F3 Deepika Padukone Limited Edition phone. Sporting a shade of rose gold, the device will be available on Flipkart from 21 August. Consumers can also purchase the model at offline stores across India.
A key highlight is the artiste’s laser signature engraved on the back of the selfie expert. Another standout feature is in the logo, a design which incorporates the initials D and P into its the insignia’s exterior and interior to capture the Indian actress’ partnership by name.
The re-imagined variant inherits the photographic abilities of the original F3, affording fans a highly user-friendly experience particularly with selfie-taking. To drive further consumer engagement, a social media push has also been rolled out and will run until 18 August.
The exercise allows campaign supporters to change their social media profile picture, take a screenshot, and share it on the brand’s contest page. Two winners will be selected and each will be presented with an F3 Deepika Padukone Limited Edition phone.
OPPO will also introduce a microsite for fans to upload their details and receive a special e-postcard from Padukone. Ten will win a signed photo frame by the television icon.
