The O&M veteran exits her Group Chairman role in Singapore to drive collaboration and integration across the group while based in London

Ogilvy & Mather Group UK has appointed Fiona Gordon to the newly created position of Group Transformation Director. She is slated to relocate from Singapore, where she is currently O&M Group Chairman, to London and begins her new role in January 2016. She will report to Annette King, CEO of Ogilvy & Mather Group UK.

Gordon will be responsible for working with all Ogilvy agencies in the UK to help drive seamless collaboration and integration across the group. She will also take the lead on key client business. She was named to her current role as the network’s head for the aforementioned Asian market in 2011.

Under her leadership, the agency won Campaign Asia’s Creative Agency of the Year and Marketing Magazine’s Agency of the Year as well as topped R3’s new business league ranking. She was also named Campaign’s Southeast Asia Agency Head of the Year in 2014.

Prior to her Singapore stint, she relocated from London in the capacity of Global Managing Director on BP and GSK to Hong Kong. She spearheaded the agency’s global brand management team for two years. She started at O&M UK as a graduate trainee in 1992 and has also worked at O&M New York in the past.

“As we relocate to Sea Containers in January next year, Fiona will be instrumental in harnessing the diverse talent and capabilities across the Ogilvy Group to create highly creative and deeply collaborative cross disciplinary teams that meet our clients’ needs,” said Annette King, CEO of Ogilvy & Mather Group UK.
