Opening in 2018, guests of each of the three Marriott hotels will have access to the full amenities within said landmark tri-branded property.

Atlanta-based North Point Hospitality has broken ground on the first tri-branded Marriott in the United States, unveiling an original 300-pound model of the hotel made with 63,636 LEGO bricks. The commissioned representation was designed by award-winning artist, Sean Kenney.

Worth $137 million, the overall 470-room establishment will include a 209-room AC Hotel, 136-room Residence Inn, and 125-room SpringHill Suites. Slated to open in mid-2018, guests of each of the three hotels will have access to the full amenities within said landmark tri-branded property.

Though patrons will encounter one main entrance, they will experience three distinct hospitality brands once inside, and be afforded a wide variety of services to cater to every travel need. These include a larger than traditional fitness centres, alongside multiple food and beverage options not normally offered.

“When partnering with a development company to build the first tri-branded Marriott hotel in the country, it was evident Jay Patel and North Point Hospitality were the clear choice to bring this product into the multifaceted Nashville market,” said Arne Sorenson, President and CEO of Marriott International.
