Luxury automotive company Mercedes-Benz is building its first residential tower in Dubai. The groundbreaking project, dubbed Mercedes-Benz Places, is the company’s first real-estate branded project and is in partnership with one of Dubai’s leading developers, Binghatti Properties.

In The Heart Dubai’s Downtown

The exclusive residential tower will be built in Downtown Dubai, surrounded by the Dubai Mall and Museum of the Future, with an overlooking view of the iconic Burj Khalifa. 

Soaring to a height of 341 metres and 65 storeys, its state-of-the-art architecture is set to redefine the already remarkable Downtown Dubai skyline.

Mercedes-Benz and Binghatti’s partnership on the luxury residence project, Mercedes-Benz Places in Dubai, signifies the epitome of modernistic luxury living. 

The collaboration will commence with a launch event in Dubai on January 24th, 2024. Further details about the project will be announced soon. 

Binghatti is a renowned property development company, and has ventured with other esteemed brands like luxury watchmaker and jewellery brand Jacob & Co. on its first-ever skyscraper.
