The actress has signed on as spokesperson for Lysol Disinfectant Spray and will represent the brand in a nationwide campaign.
Lysol, an RB brand, is collaborating with television’s hit series Heroes and Resident Evil movie franchise star, Ali Larter, for a targeted campaign inspired by its Lysol Disinfectant Spray aimed at educating new parents across the country about germs and effective ways to create a healthier home.
Between babies loving to touch things and young children coming in constant contact with more than 300 surfaces in just 30 minutes, from television remotes to shoes to cell phones, the curiosity increases the size of a baby’s ‘social network’ in relation to the germs they are exposed to.
According to the brand, parents can reduce the size of said network by ensuring that commonly touched surfaces and objects in the home, such as door knobs, remote controls, floors, and table tops, are cleaned and disinfected on a regular basis to kill 99.9% of bacteria and viruses on surfaces.
“As a leader in the field of health and hygiene for more than 100 years, Lysol is committed to developing products and solutions that provide superior germ kill. For new parents, it’s about arming them with products that make their home a healthier environment,” said Rory Tait, Marketing Director for Lysol.
