Huawei has introduced its next-gen Smart Classroom 3.0 solution, featuring enhanced AI teaching analysis capabilities.

It was launched at the MWC Barcelona 2024 in the “Leading Infrastructure to Accelerate Education Intelligence” session; the solution fosters an intelligent and interactive learning environment, empowering educators with innovative teaching methods.

In his opening speech, Wind Li, CEO of Global Public Sector BU, detailed that the education landscape is moving towards a smart, digital ecosystem. This shift prioritises the development of digital skills in both educators and students, equipping them with the tools and knowledge they need to thrive in the digital age.

Smart Classroom 3.0

Huawei works with industry partners to establish a solid digital foundation for education, using technologies like cloud computing, AI, and big data. Their goal is to shape the future of education through creative teaching and management approaches.

According to Frank Huang, an Education Solution Expert at Global Public Sector BU, the company’s smart classroom has evolved significantly, progressing from digital to hybrid and reaching its third iteration, Smart Classroom 3.0

Moreover, this latest iteration leverages AI and cloud computing to create a smart teaching system that empowers educators with flexible and personalised teaching methods. In addition, the latest also enables efficient and accurate teaching management.

Apart from that, Smart Education 3.0 takes learning to a new level with AI. It analyses course content to extract key information and automatically generates knowledge graphs. This empowers teachers to tailor lessons and personalise learning for each student. The solution goes beyond content, too, analysing classroom conditions to optimise teaching.

Besides, it uses IdeaHub to obtain a wealth of online digital resources and facilitate interactive learning and exploration for students, both online and offline.
