Currently in its third year, the push celebrates the adventures of the many guests who walk through the doors of Holiday Inn daily.

Holiday Inn, under InterContinental Hotels Group, has released the newest chapter of its Journey to Extraordinary campaign. Currently in its third year, the advertising push celebrates the adventures of the many guests who walk through the doors of the brand’s hotels daily.

For the latest installation, Holiday Inn is shining the spotlight on the extraordinary trails of two small businesses namely Sword & Plough and Perfect 10 Foods. The creatives depict how Holiday Inn has been instrumental to the pursuit of success of both companies.

Through captivating storytelling, the marque is using the effort to reinforce how it anticipates the needs of small business travellers. The spots reflect how they are served as individuals and empowered with the value they need to take their journey the whole nine yards.

Holiday Inn captured the journeys of the two businesses across eight cities and six states nationwide over the course of a few months. The rigorous exercise resulted in compelling documentary-style videos which showcase the ups and downs of small business ownership.

The campaign includes long- and short form content which will be featured across television and multiple digital advertising channels as well as the brand’s various online platforms including YouTube, Instagram, and the hospitality chain’s official website.

“Both of these companies have a purpose-led mission to change the way business is done in their respective fields, and therefore have an incredibly unique story to tell. Sword & Plough and Perfect 10 embody the entrepreneurial spirit that is the foundation of our brand,” said Eric Lent, Vice President, Americas of Holiday Inn.
