The agency has appointed Jeff Hentz to the role of travel trade sales and marketing service lead for its international business

Finn Partners has tapped industry expert, Jeff Hentz, to lead an expanded portfolio of services within its travel and lifestyle practice. The new capabilities will serve the needs of destinations, convention and visitors bureaus, international tourism offices, sports and entertainment franchises, and tour operators.

The said stable includes travel trade representation, MICE sales and market development, sports tourism and cruise industry market development as well as funding models for new destinations in addition to offering vertically integrated tourism marketing and advertising services.

“His experience brings a new level of tourism marketing and communications services to clients by offering sales and marketing trade services to support the building of tourism infrastructures in emerging destinations around the world,” said Gail L. Moaney, Managing Partner and Travel Practice Director at Finn Partners.

Hentz’s background covers senior managerial positions in marketing, global sales and market development across sectors including cruise, destinations, hotels, resorts and theme parks.  He has spearheaded major branding, marketing, and development programmes for numerous brands.

They include Big Red Boat, Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Warner Bros, Destination Yosemite, and California’s High Sierra, among other blue-chip hospitality brands. Having clocked 20 years in the field, his expertise encompasses the areas of travel trade sales, marketing, and development.

The group’s international practice comprises more than 50 professionals who service airlines, cruise lines, CVBs, destinations, F&B companies, hotels, and resorts globally.  A few current clients include Air France/KLM, Crystal Cruise Lines, Hilton Worldwide, and Empire State Development, among many others.
