The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort in Florida celebrates fifth anniversary with debut of Atlantikós, signature suites, and a new lobby lounge.
Global hospitality group, St. Regis Hotels and Resorts has secured a $35 million investment for the Miami-based Bal Harbour Resort from the property’s owner, Al Rayyan Tourism Investment Company. The destination’s noteworthy enhancements mark a new high for the franchise.
Nearly five years after its debut, the resort has unveiled a new Greek-inspired restaurant, three additional four-bedroom suites, and a re-imagined lobby lounge. Slated for completion at year-end, the updates follow the recent launch of the BH Burger Bar and Caroline Room for events.
The signature suites opened in June to offer residential luxury living for up to eight guests. Each of them features two master bedrooms with en-suite marble bathrooms, walk-in closets, and balconies, alongside two additional bedrooms with queen-sized beds to house friends or children.
Meanwhile, the main living room is ideal for lounging and leads to a kitchen with a glass dining table which seats eight. The second living room entails a pull-out sofa bed. Each unit offers four 210 square-foot balconies with scenic ocean views and the famed St. Regis butler service.
With Chef Anastasios Chasekioglou at the helm, the Bal Harbour Resort will unveil Atlantikós in November. The restaurant’s menu promises a culinary experience steeped in traditional flavours and classic accents. The Greek eatery serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week.
Additionally, the lobby lounge expects to offer patrons a bespoke social destination to meet, shop, and enjoy light fare from La Gourmandise. Its new design affords a contemporary glass house framework with natural light, allowing for a decadent atmosphere across a non-traditional setting.
“Delivering best-in-class service and anticipating our guests every need, this multi-million-dollar investment further solidifies The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort as an iconic luxury benchmark in the Miami market,” said Lisa Holladay, Global Brand Leader at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts.
