Raising the bar for personalised client services, Boston has become home to the smallest Sephora concept store to open in North America.

Sephora has rolled out a 2,000-square-feet concept store, for which the focus will be on its skincare services. Located in Boston’s premium shopping destination on Newbury Street, the studio breaks ground as the retailer’s smallest footprint to feature in the United States.

Featuring an optimised design and intimate format, the outlet aims to foster personalised connections between its clients and beauty advisors. According to the brand, the studio merges an inclusive neighbourhood retail environment with best-in-class digital tools.

There is no better way to create meaningful connections than through personalised experiences and a customised approach to beauty. We could not be more focused on that notion than we are with this launch,” said Calvin McDonald, President of Sephora Americas.
