Hyatt Hotels has expanded the brand’s Latin American footprint with the debut of its inaugural property in Colombian city, Cartagena.

Hyatt Hotels has launched a property in Cartagena, the group’s first in Colombia. The opening of the hotel marks a key milestone for the marque as it continues the brand’s development across Latin America. The overall experience is designed to connect travellers what matters most.

Hyatt Regency Cartagena boasts 261 guestrooms, including 28 Regency Club suites. With floor-to-ceiling windows, visitors can enjoy views of the Caribbean Sea and the bustling Cartagena Port. Each of the guestrooms captures the conveniences of home coupled with Colombian creativity.

Located in the Bocagrande district, the new holiday destination affords close proximity to the city’s iconic tourist attractions. Hotspots in the area include the Walled City, San Felipe Castle, and Clock Tower, and the Getsemaní neighbourhood, alongside and the Rosario Islands.
