The new advert is a part of M&S Food’s Eat Well Play Well partnership, with the campaign promoting its new Sparks competition, where customers can win a training masterclass with an international footballer!

“It’s fantastic to give our customers and their local community the chance to win this once in a lifetime prize,” said Sharry Cramond, Marketing Director at M&S Food.

“As well as the chance to train with football heroes, even our European champions, there are plenty of prizes on offer. –   including signed merchandise, equipment vouchers and some of our very own M&S Eat Well products.”

The advert was directed by Yoni Weisberg, who’s part of Chief’s roster of directors and has previously done ads for BBC Euros, BBC Sounds with Peter Crouch, New Balance with Bukayo Saka, and Adidas.

The commercial debuts this week on ITV and will run on Video On Demand, YouTube and social throughout August and September. It will be supported by email, OOH, instore and on M&S online.
