The new release by Ferrero will be manufactured at the company’s production facility in Baramati set in the Pune district.

Chocolate-maker, Ferrero, has expanded its presence in India with the debut of Kinder Schoko-Bons Crispy. The collection is the second product to be sold in said market under the Kinder portfolio. The new release will be manufactured at the company’s production facility in Baramati, set in the Pune district.

The offering is set to roll out across both traditional and modern trade outlets within key metros, in packs of four and nine pralines respectively. Positioned as a family consumption treat, the multi-praline pack supports the long-standing marque’s promise of ‘the taste of togetherness’.

The brand aims to create opportunities for bonding and sharing using the new line. The snack presents in single consumption bite-size treats wrapped in a candy shape which can be opened with a tear-band. Meanwhile, the innovative packaging ensures hygiene and taste.

On removal, the wrapper emanates the smell of milk and chocolate, while the outer pack has an aluminium layering which helps retain optimal quality. When consumed, the praline offers a crunchy and creamy essence to reflect its infusion of rich ingredients.

“Kinder Schoko-Bons Crispy has been designed as a family treat and is targeted to create moments of togetherness between families and friends across age groups. It brings out values of caring, sharing, fun and togetherness. We are positive that the brand will be loved by our consumers,” said a spokesperson for the Ferrero brand.

Meanwhile, Ferrero Rocher was a winner at the 2015-2016 World Branding Awards under the Confectionery (National) category.
