Nintendo will leverage its expansive gaming expertise to develop family entertainment offerings for the millions of Universal fans.

Nintendo has entered into a global partnership with Universal Parks to bring to life the characters of its video games across the latter’s theme parks. Steeped in innovation, the alliance will entail multiple attractions featuring immersive and interactive experiences.

The collaboration will see themed areas open at Universal Studios in Japan and Hollywood and the brand’s Orlando Resort. In addition to a variety of tourist hotspots, the entry of shops and restaurants represents an equally crucial facet of the venture between both brands.

Nintendo will leverage its expansive gaming expertise and compelling storytelling to develop family entertainment offerings for the millions of Universal fans. Planning and creative work are underway, with the three venues slated to open separately over the next several years.
