 Celebrity Cruises has handed its online business to Accenture in exchange for its web technology services. As digital agency of record, it will craft virtual customer experiences designed to reinforce the brand’s position across the global luxury space.

The selection is attributable to the winning agency’s expertise across digital strategy, service and experience design as well as interactive technology services including personalisation, digital marketing, content management system implementation, integration, and mobile applications.

“We are highly focused on how we tell our brand story, and we are excited to have selected Accenture for its ability to bring that story to life through deep, market-leading capability across design and innovation, digital marketing, content and web platforms,” said Lisa Lutoff-Perlo, President and CEO of Celebrity Cruises.

The company’s fleet of 10 ships offers luxury getaways which visit all seven continents. It also presents immersive cruise tour experiences in Alaska and Canada. Celebrity is one of six cruise brands operated by global cruise vacation group, Royal Caribbean Cruises.
