The PR and digital content firm merges with Ogilvy PR to amp up integrated communications for the agency’s clients in Brazil
Ogilvy Public Relations, a wholly-owned subsidiary of WPP, has acquired a majority stake in ConceptPR, a Brazilian public relations and digital content firm created in 2012 by ex-journalists Eduardo Vieira and Ricardo Cesar as a brand consolidating services which include corporate communications, digital, and social media.
“ConceptPR’s creativity and digital credentials will further empower Ogilvy PR to deliver creative, effective, and integrated communication programmes for our clients in the Brazilian market. And we are confident that we’ll do great things together,” said Renata Saraiva, Managing Director of Ogilvy PR Brazil.
Known as a guerrilla PR specialist, ConceptPR counts top Brazilian and global brands as clients, including Mondelez, Oakley, JBS, Ultragaz, and Metrô São Paulo. The combined business will operate as Ogilvy Public Relations.
Ogilvy PR Brazil clients include blue-chip brands such as American Express, Brand USA, Coca-Cola, Embratur, LG Electronics, and Twitter, to name a few.
