With dedicated customer service counters and innovative self-service kiosks, the Emirates World Store provides a seamless and efficient travel experience. Expert consultants are on hand to tailor itineraries and offer personalized travel advice, while kiosks allow for quick and easy transactions.

Building a Brighter Future Together

Emirates is marking a significant milestone in Kenya, celebrating 30 years of operations. Since its inaugural flight in October 1995, the airline has provided seamless connectivity to Dubai and beyond, carrying over five million passengers to and from the country.

Emirates and Kenya Airways joined forces in 2023 to offer seamless travel across Africa. This partnership has expanded Emirates’ network to 28 additional destinations, including Mombasa, Kigali, Bangui, Nampula, Kilimanjaro, and more. Over 12,000 passengers have already experienced the convenience of this interline agreement.

The Emirates Airline Foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of children in Kenya. The Foundation supports three local organizations: Little Prince Nursery and Primary School, which offers holistic education and rehabilitation; Alfajiri Street Kids, which provides a safe haven and art therapy programs; and Starehe Boys’ Centre, which offers academic support and scholarships to underprivileged boys.
