Decision by Grey to choose the two professionals at the lead of the flagship office sends clear signal of commitment with the place of creativity at the agency
Grey Argentina has announced the appointment of Diego Medvedocky as the agency’s President and Pablo Sánchez Rubio as its new CEO.
The agency announced the promotion of current Grey Argentina’s COO to CEO and appointed Diego Medvedocky as President of the local agency, a position that adds to his creative leadership of the 14 offices of Grey Latin America.
“Creativity is Grey’s heart, the agency’s growth driver and our added value to solve our clients’ communications challenges. At this new phase of my career, my two biggest challenges are to consolidate the agency’s culture and deepen ties with our clients. Pablo is the perfect person for this moment and I am confident that working together, side by side, will be the key to achieving the goals set for Grey Argentina,” said Medvedocky.

Pablo Sánchez Rubio has more than 25 years of professional experience in Finance and Business areas at top companies. He joined the agency 16 years ago. Committed since then with the company’s growth, Pablo began his career in Finance and then expanded his scope of work as Chief Operating Officer under the Máximo Lorenzo’s, current CEO of Grey Spain, leadership. During his days as COO, the local subsidiary doubled its turnover and profits, becoming a case to follow for the region.
Diego Medvedocky is one of the creative stars of the region. He joined the agency five years ago and since 2017 is the regional CCO and member of the global council. Under his creative leadership, Grey Latam was the most awarded network of the region at Cannes Lions 2017. This year Grey Latam won 36 Lions and one Grand Prix, a historical record for the network.
