Digital Clarity Group (DCG), the US based research and advisory firm has announced that WPP digital agency, Cognifide, has received a 2018 VOCalis Award of Excellence in implementing Adobe Experience Manager.
This is the first award that DCG has presented as part of its unique VOCalis customer satisfaction programme, singling out the agency as the best-rated Adobe Experience Manager implementation partner globally.

VOCalis is DCG’s Voice of the Customer assessment programme that uses customer feedback to bring transparency to the performance of digital agencies and systems integrators.
The VOCalis methodology captures companies’ experiences with agencies like Cognifide, aggregates customer input, and uses proprietary scoring algorithms to rate them on performance with specific vendor products.
To date, VOCalis has captured feedback on more than 40 agencies from senior leaders of hundreds of customers with Adobe Experience Manager projects across the globe.
