The Warner Communications acquisition aligns with Millwright’s strategy of backing independent agencies that deliver exceptional results for clients and are great places to work

Millwright Holdings has acquired Boston-based public relations agency Warner Communications. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The company is building a network of independent agencies across the marketing services spectrum—PR, advertising, digital and social. They work with agency owners at independent agencies who are ready to drive the next phase for themselves and their firms.

Founded in 1997, Warner is an integrated marketing communications agency with expertise in consumer, financial, academic, technology, energy, professional services and industrial organisations. The agency works with national and international clients across a wide range of industries.

Warner will continue to operate as an independent subsidiary with agency account staff remaining in place. Carin Warner joins Millwright’s Agency Leadership Team working alongside Brian Regan, President of Actual Agency
