CAA Marketing CEO Jae Goodman will lead as the 2018 Brand Film Festival jury chair.
“I’m thrilled to take on the role, but I’m more thrilled that a venue now exists to showcase brand films. Where once a TV commercial was the only real media for a ‘brand film,’ today we are purpose-building films for YouTube, Facebook, film festivals, and actual television shows versus the interruptions within them,” said Goodman.
In addition to leading CAA’s international expansion and recent global initiatives for Budweiser, Coca-Cola, and Canada Goose, Goodman served as inaugural President of the Cannes Lions Entertainment Jury in 2017.
Visitors to the Brand Film Festival site can also find submission guidelines, previous years’ films, and special editorial content around entertainment, media, and advertising that will continue to unroll over the next year.
