The Barbie Be Anything Tour will honour female role models across the United States, including American country music star, Kelsea Ballerini.

For its 60th anniversary, Mattel has announced its Barbie Be Anything tour. The travelling pop-up exercise kicks off with the brand’s upcoming weekend festivities taking place at Walmart in Bentonville, Arkansas. Storytelling will steer the aim to inspire young girls.

To add appeal, two-time Grammy nominee and country music artiste, Kelsea Ballerini, will drive the activation effort and engage with fans through sharing while honoured with a doll created in her likeness. The platform features bold women who break boundaries to excel.

Revellers can take photos in a life-sized Barbie doll box, explore careers in a You Can Be Anything dress-up zone, and experience career dolls at each stop. There will be a meet-and-greet with local ambassadors. Kids can participate for a chance to win up to $20,000.

“The Barbie Be Anything Tour inspires girls to be anything and celebrates this milestone moment with fans through a break frame retailtainment experience and impressive line-up of role models in cities nationwide,” said Erica Zubriski, VP, Walmart Sales for Mattel.
