Partnership Will Serve to Bring the Digital Capabilities of Huawei Mobile Services to Dubai, and to Other Countries and Regions around the World

The Consumer Business Group of Huawei has signed a Global Strategic Partnership agreement with Dubai’s Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (Dubai Tourism). The two sides will cooperate to connect SkyTone to Dubai Tourism products and services, to enhance Chinese tourists’ travel experience in Dubai.

Participating in the signing were Zhang Ping’an, President of the company‘s Consumer Cloud Service, Su Jie, Vice President of the company’s Consumer Cloud Service, Jiao Jian, President of the company’s Consumer Business Group, Middle East & Africa, and Issam Kazim, CEO of Dubai’s Corporation for Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DCTCM).

The agreement is a further extension of global cooperation after the signing of a memorandum of cooperation between the two sides in Dubai.

In the future, SkyTone users will not only receive high-speed and convenient internet access, hotel booking and car rental services, but also be able to acquire intelligent and customised travel recommendations and seamless travel services from Dubai Tourism through SkyTone, Smart Browser and Smart Assistance.

The two sides will continue to work together to enhance users’ travel experience.

Huawei was a two-time winner of the World Branding Awards in the Technology-Mobile Phones category.
