The Series 2 collection by Hermès incorporates leather bands and designs inspired by the iconic Clipper, Cape Cod and Espace variants.

Hermès has introduced Apple Watch style updates and an assortment of bands featuring its signature palette and bold, new colours. The Series 2 collection incorporates handcrafted leather bands and designs inspired by the iconic Clipper, Cape Cod and Espace variants.

Modelled after an archetypal sandal blueprint by the brand’s shoes and jewellery Creative Director, Pierre Hardy, the range entails the Double Buckle Cuff in Swift and Epsom calfskin leathers, which frame the wrist in fresh hues to include Rose Jaipur, Étoupe, and Bleu Agate.

The Single Tour Deployment Buckle release offers a re-imagined take on a classic form—pairing the simplicity of Barenia calfskin leather with the vibrancy of a hidden deployment buckle that opens with two side buttons. The Double and Single Tour continue for the fall.

New Apple Watch Hermès models pair with the Series 2, which boasts GPS, water resistance, a brighter display, dual-core processor and watchOS 3. The line also includes the premium Sport Band in orange, while light and flexible for comfort and durability when working out.

“We are united by the same vision, the uncompromising pursuit of excellence and authenticity, and the creation of objects that remain as relevant and functional as they are beautiful. This is a new step of our attelage,” said Pierre-Alexis Dumas, EVP of Artistic Direction at Hermès.

Apple is a winner of the 2015-2016 World Branding Awards under the Mobile Phones (Global) category. The brand also dominated in said segment the year (2014-2015) before.
