Weber Shandwick has promoted its former global consumer marketing President, Susan Howe, and two others to wider leadership roles.

Weber Shandwick has elevated the President of its global consumer marketing practice, Susan Howe (pictured), to Chief Collaboration Officer. In her new capacity, she will be responsible for driving dynamic teaming in regions, practice areas, and specialties across the firm’s global network.

Prior to helming said practice, Howe led operations for key markets including Chicago, St. Louis, Detroit, and Atlanta. Across her 21-year stint at the agency, she has helped build a strong consumer marketing network, having led high-profile engagements for Unilever, Anheuser-Busch, and Nestlé, among others.

Meanwhile, Charlotte Witte, previously senior partner at Prime, a Weber Shandwick brand, has assumed the role of EVP, Brand Transformation in EMEA. Also, Alan Kercinik, formerly deputy head of global consumer marketing, has been named EVP, Brand Transformation for North America.

Both will focus on catalysing and stewarding high-impact engagements across their respective regions. The new roles are designed to advance integrated solutions for clients across disciplines as the business continues to grow its bench of specialised talent across the marketing services spectrum.
