Global communications network, Ruder Finn, has welcomed on board Mary Coyle who joins the firm in the dual capacity of Senior Vice President and Media Relations Strategist. She has been tasked with strengthening the deep media expertise within the group’s healthcare offering.

A 20-year public relations veteran, she has seen great success with in developing and executing outreach campaigns on behalf of corporate, government, and non-profit entities. The fresh hire has in the past held roles with Marina Maher Communications, Ogilvy PR, and MS&L Worldwide.

Her previous work has supported a variety of pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer health clients. At Ruder Finn, Coyle will play an active role on the accounts team. She is responsible for heading media strategies around national publicity for each of the brand’s accounts.

She will collaborate with senior executives to raise their visibility via media, speaking engagements, and community outreach. The communications lead also has vast experience in various therapeutic areas including cardiovascular disease, diabetes, oncology, women’s-, and men’s heath.
