Porter Novelli has made two senior appointments, naming Erin Osher MD for Seattle and Colleen Connors SVP, North America talent leader.
Public relations group, Porter Novelli, has introduced two talent shifts designed to strengthen its North American team by appointing 11-year agency veteran, Erin Osher, the Managing Director for Seattle and Colleen Connors as its Senior Vice President, North America talent leader.
Based in New York, Osher (pictured) grew from Account Coordinator to EVP and most recently, interim Managing Director. In her latest leadership role, she will build on the growth and success of the local team as well as help provide even greater value to the agency’s clients across the network.
Connors joined Porter Novelli two years ago to support talent engagement in Washington DC and Canada. In her new capacity, she will oversee talent function for North America. She is also responsible for advancing employee engagement, learning and development as well as culture.
“Erin and Colleen’s new responsibilities will help us capitalise on their deep knowledge and relationships within our agency, while also allowing both a greater ability to tap into their individual leadership strengths,” said Jennifer Swint, President, North America at Porter Novelli.
