Grey North American has promoted Debby Reiner to CEO, a role which she will assume at the company’s flagship headquarters in New York.

Grey North America has promoted agency veteran, Debby Reiner, to CEO, a new position which she will assume at the company’s flagship headquarters in New York. She most recently served as Global P&G lead, overseeing the firm’s largest client’s entire portfolio of brands.

An innovative marketer, she joined Grey New York in 1989 after graduating from Harvard and embraced her passion for the beauty business, working on CoverGirl.  After a running Clairol at JWT, she came home to Grey to lead the global reinvention of Pantene in 1999.

Reiner has helped build the business into a network with iconic brands such as Pantene, Clairol, CoverGirl, and an array of fragrances. She was instrumental in developing its integrated offering spanning digital, shopper marketing, activation, and Hispanic communications.

In recognition of her achievements, she was elevated to Executive Vice President, Partner, and Global Beauty Director on Procter & Gamble.  In 2013, she led the team that won the global Gillette account and added Venus, Braun, and the Art of Shaving business in 2014.
