The firm has launched its new brand in line with its continued growth across the North American hospitality landscape, with plans to go beyond

Marketing technology company, Spring Engage, which was formerly Spring Metrics, has launched its new brand in line with the company’s continued growth across the hospitality landscape. Located in Raleigh, North Carolina, the name change was unveiled at a recent anniversary celebration.

Under the new trademark, the brand is set to continue on as a provider of solutions which enables hotels to increase engagement and build relationships online with a targeted and intentional approach. The rebrand was fuelled by the company’s expansion and represents the value provided with their current and future product releases.

The change comes at an opportune time, with present day travellers exposed to endless information and options. Resorts have recognised the need to provide value early in the booking process. With Spring Engage, hotel marketing professionals can effectively build meaningful relationships with potential guests.

The outfit is already working with several key hotel brands worldwide and numerous notable management groups, including two of the top three in North America. Meanwhile, it aims to grow its client base further in the United States as well as Canada, with an eye on European expansion.

“Building great relationships begins with taking intentional steps to engage. For our clients, it’s the traveller, whether it’s for business or pleasure. Taking advantage of these opportunities and building repeat business is where the most value will be derived moving forward,” said Shawn Williams, President and COO of Spring Engage.
