MRM//McCann Becomes Japan’s First Agency Certified by Veeva

CLM certification from Veeva Systems helps pharma and biotech companies generate more productive and meaningful interactions through the feedback loop of real-time customer insights

Veeva Japan KK and MRM//McCann jointly announced a partnership that will make MRM//McCann the first and only CRM agency in Japan to achieve Closed Loop Marketing (CLM) certification status from Veeva Systems.

The global agency has been expanding its healthcare capabilities and practices around the world, and the software company‘s CLM software offering, part of its overall CRM suite, helps pharma and biotech companies generate more productive and meaningful interactions through the feedback loop of real-time customer insights.

The company is a leader in cloud-based software for the global life sciences industry, working with more than 600 pharma and biotech companies around the world. With this certification, the agency joins a strong and growing network of Veeva-certified offices, including MRM//McCann Hong Kong and MRM//Meteorite in London, both of which have achieved level two certification, and MRM//McCann in the US, which has achieved level four.
