Merkle Received Highest Possible Scores in Martech Integration, Client Engagement, Market Approach and Innovation Map Criteria

Merkle, a leading technology-enabled, data-driven performance marketing agency, announced that independent research firm, Forrester Research, ranked the agency as a Leader in The Forrester Wave: Customer Database and Engagement Agencies, Q2 2018.

The Forrester report studied eight of the most significant agencies to assess the state of the customer database and engagement agency market.

Agencies were evaluated for their strengths and weaknesses across 32 criteria. The evaluation focused on current offering, strategy, and market presence.

The agency received the highest possible scores in the martech integration, client engagement, market approach, and innovation road map criteria.

For first-party PII management and data enrichment strategy, it scored amongst the highest of all the providers evaluated. According to the report, “Merkle is an all-around solid agency counterpart to the martech clouds.”

Marketers are seeking to bolster the services layer of their martech stack or who work with a varied roster of agencies should certainly put the agency on their shortlist,” wrote Fatemeh Khatibloo, Principal Aanalyst and Stephanie Liu, Researcher, at Forrester, in the report.
