Integer has promoted two executives in Denver, who will help guide the agency’s evolution from shopper marketing to commerce marketing.

The Integer Group has promoted Tisha Pedrazzini (pictured left) to President of the Denver office and Dani Coplen (pictured right) to Executive Vice President, Executive Creative Director of the same. They will utilise cultural insights to fuel creative ideas as well as build brands and accelerate shoppers toward commerce.

Assuming wider roles within the Denver office, the company headquarters and home to the firm’s Kellogg’s, Mars/Wrigley, P&G, PepsiCo, and Starbucks accounts, both leaders will also work as part of the executive team driving the evolution of the global Integer network.

Pedrazzini has been instrumental in transforming the brand from a shopper marketing agency to a commerce agency. She has pioneered new ways of developing great work by challenging convention and championing big ideas to solve business problems for some of the largest CPG clients like P&G, Starbucks, Duracell, Coty, and Bissell.

Coplen delivers strategic ideas through integrated branding, promotions, shopper marketing, and advertising for iconic companies. She and her team have received numerous accolades for creativity and effectiveness including the Effie, Graphis, Design of the Times, and HOW International Design awards.

“The future of our agency lies in continuing to reimagine the definition and possibilities of commerce. Tisha and Dani are applying that same approach to evolving our agency, reimagining our own possibilities and innovating at the speed of culture, technology and commerce,” said Mike Sweeney, CEO of The Integer Group.
