Following a multi-million-dollar refurbishment exercise, Hyatt Regency at the Denver Tech Centre opens doors to business and leisure guests.

Hyatt Regency has announced the completion of a multi-million-dollar renovation at its Denver Tech Centre location. The work spanned the property’s accommodations, lobby, and public spaces. Led by Columbia Sussex, the 451-room hospitality establishment is situated just minutes from the airport.

Set on the south-eastern portion of the metropolitan area, nearby conveniences include a choice selection of restaurants and bars as well as the Belleview light rail station, which is steps away from Hyatt Regency DTC. Meanwhile, its surrounds afford a commanding view of the Front Range of the Colorado Rockies.

The landscape also places within sight the Pikes Peak to the south, Longs Peak to the north, and Mount Evans straight west. The transformation of the Hyatt Regency structure uses a tonal palette with pops of colour inspired by the local scenery to include indigenous foliage and sunsets over mountains.

Custom-printed screens reflecting the blue skies and a backdrop steeped in nature separate the in-room beverage centre from the bedroom. A contemporary Hyatt Regency aesthetic and relaxed formality derived from texture and interiors deliver comfort for travellers and add depth and detail to the space.

“Our hotel is perfect for travellers doing business in the area and leisure guests wanting to stay near downtown Denver and close to the nearby ski resorts and activities, from football games to big concerts,” said Soham Bhattacharyya, General Manager, Hyatt Regency DTC.
