Disney Fashion Struts the YouTube Runway

Disney has premiered Destination: Disney Stylea new YouTube series taking viewers around the globe to explore the unique ways its characters and stories are interpreted through fashion. The platform offers fans a glimpse of recent brand collaborations, street style, and trends in multiple fashion capitals. Each episode comes from an international city and looks at how local designers, style enthusiasts, and fashionistas put their own twist on their favourite style.

Tokyo Disney Street Style, launched on 2 August 2016, features LaurDIY, who gets an insider’s look at Disney Expo Japan 2016, Tokyo Disneyland, and Tokyo DisneySea as well as explores the way the renowned Harajuku Girls incorporate Disney into their Tokyo street style looks.

Shanghai Fashion Week, debuting on 9 August 2016, captures Jaleesa Moses as she gets a front row seat at the various shows featuring a slew of Minnie Mouse-inspired designs from Chinese fashion designers Ji Cheng, Lulu Han, Makin Ma, and Cindy Soong.

Disney x Coach, being released on 16 August 2016, is a showcase of depicting how the Mickey Mouse collection is flying off shelves and popping up in New York City street style. Meredith Foster meets the creative force behind the collaboration to reveal its exciting highlights.

London Calling, premiering on 23 August, is where London-based duo, Lucy & Lydia, sit on the VIP list for the Disney xCath collection debut to explore some distinctly British Disney street style. Finding Pixar Fashion slated for 30 August sees LaurDIY get an early look at the upcoming Disney•Pixar x Forever 21 line.
