The ‘official’ mix by Jack Daniels and Coca-Cola represents the latest push by big soft drink makers into alcohol, as more and more consumers continue to turn to pre-mixed, ready-to-drink cocktails in a can.

Jack and Coke fans will soon be able to sip the cocktail at home or out and about with ease after Coca-Cola and Jack Daniels expressed their plan to offer the beloved drink in a can.

Jack Daniels already offers a canned cola cocktail in many markets but there is nothing better than the branded combination, which is due to debut in Mexico towards the end of 2022.

Lawson Whiting, CEO and President of Brown-Forman Corporation (Makers of Jack Daniels) expressed that “This relationship brings together two classic American icons to deliver consumers a taste experience that they love in way that is consistent, convenient and portable.”

Both regular and zero sugar versions of the beverage will eventually be released globally.

These Jack Daniel’s & Coca-Cola drinks are “inspired by the classic bar cocktail [and] will be made with Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey and Coca-Cola,” the drinks giants announced. Both brands also plan to keep their identities front and center, with the packaging slated to “feature two of the world’s most recognizable and valuable trademarks.”
