Mexico’s DoubleTree by Hilton Veracruz is an ideal choice for business and leisure travel as well as social and corporate events.

Hilton has launched DoubleTree by Hilton Veracruz, the latest addition to a portfolio which currently spans 460 locations in 38 countries. Situated across the beach, overlooking the harbour, the 226-room property offers direct access to the city’s historic centre and entertainment district.

Only eight miles from the airport, 1.5 miles from downtown, and 5.5 miles from Boca del Rio, the destination boasts a business, shopping and recreation hub. Said combination renders the hotel an ideal luxury choice for business and leisure travel as well as social and corporate events.

The proposition also features a Sweet Dreams bed via the brand’s exclusive Sleep Experience, promising relaxation alongside a flat-screen with premium channels. Each chamber includes spacious bathrooms and showers with bath amenities from London’s Aroma Actives.

A workstation, ergonomic chairs, multi-contact for technology devices, and complimentary Wi-Fi services complete the package. Additionally, the venue provides over 19,000 square feet in event and meeting spaces, including ballrooms with views of the sea.

The spot is complemented by Enxebre, a restaurant equipped with an international menu and traditional Veracruz cuisine. Meanwhile, Bar 47 delivers stunning ocean vistas, an assortment of drinks and signature cocktails, and big screens for sports and entertainment. Guests have the option of 24-hour room service.

“DoubleTree by Hilton Veracruz is a happy addition to our 42 operating hotels across several brands welcoming travellers throughout Mexico and more than 20 projects currently in our development pipeline,” said Jose Munoz, VP of operations, Mexico and Central America at Hilton Worldwide.

Hilton was a winner at the 2014-2015 World Branding Awards under the Hotels (Global) category.
