The DoubleTree hotel joins Hilton’s Chongqing pipeline featuring three other spa resorts—one in New North Zone and another in Nanshan.

Hilton has unveiled DoubleTree by Hilton Chongqing – Nan’an. Owned by Chongqing Jiafa, the property is being managed by hospitality group itself. Currently, the brand’s pipeline in said locale includes three resorts with spas, including one in New North Zone and another in Nanshan.

Located in the city’s commercial and cultural district, the hotel is surrounded by offices, government agencies, and malls while situated a short distance from Gongmao Metro Station and airport. Travellers will also have easy access to the Hongya Cave, People’s Hall, and Three Gorges Museum.

The destination has 237 rooms and suites with floor-to-ceiling windows and comprehensive guest amenities. Each chamber delivers the marque’s signature Sweet Dreams sleep experience featuring a custom-designed mattress, plush pillows, and luxurious bed linens.

Visitors can choose from a selection of gourmet teas and coffees as well as the Aroma Actives line of natural skin and body care. From the month of August, executive room patrons will be introduced to the Executive Lounge with complimentary breakfast, refreshments, and evening cocktails.

The new DoubleTree getaway offers exceptional meeting spaces. Six function rooms and three ballrooms afford the latest audio-visual technology to provide an ideal business and social atmosphere. Other key facilities entail steam rooms, a heated indoor pool, sauna, and 24-hour fitness centre.

An all-day eatery provides interactive chef pods specialised in Asian cuisine, Western grills, and fresh seafood. Chinese restaurant, JIA, with its seven private dining rooms, serves Cantonese and Sichuan specialities. Meanwhile, the Lobby Lounge offers relaxation, pastries, drinks, and more.

“DoubleTree by Hilton Chongqing – Nan’an is a great addition to our portfolio, which now includes more than 70 operating hotels and 200 hotels under development,” said Bruce McKenzie, Senior Vice President of Operations, Greater China and Mongolia at Hilton Worldwide.

Hilton was a winner at the 2014-2015 World Branding Awards under the Hotels (Global) category.
