Formerly Hilton Bora Bora Nui Resort & Spa, the property will undergo a multi-million-dollar makeover and open as Conrad Bora Bora Nui.

Conrad Hotels & Resorts, a luxury hotel portfolio under Hilton, has entered into a franchise agreement with SA Bora Bora Nui. Formerly Hilton Bora Bora Nui Resort & Spa, the property is slated to undergo a multi-million-dollar makeover and open as Conrad Bora Bora Nui in March 2017.

Situated on Motu To’opua, an islet off the coast of Bora Bora, the destination is a short boat ride from the local airport. Alongside ocean views and access to sea sports, coral reef dive sites, and hiking trails, the beachfront getaway will feature garden and beach villas and overwater bungalows.

The tropical hideaway also expects to introduce double-storey presidential suites, an al fresco deck with lagoon views, a full-service spa with eight treatment rooms, kids club, mini golf course, fitness centre, retail spaces, wedding facilities, 100 square meters of indoor meeting space, and much more.

Additionally, the aforementioned resort has its own private islet, allowing for matrimonial photography, picnics, and candlelit dinners. Positioned on an island rooted in Tahitian history and legend, the scenic spot affords opportunities for guests to discover the local wonders, culture, and traditions.

Its food and beverage concepts include a modern take on a French Brasserie serving breakfast and dinner sets against sweeping vistas, beach restaurant specialised in Polynesian and Mediterranean cuisine, Chinese restaurant, swim-up pool bar, and an overwater sunset bar and lounge.

“Conrad now features 26 destinations globally. With this exciting expansion into the South Pacific, we fully expect the brand to resonate strongly with smart luxury travellers to the region. Guests can look forward to our inspired experiences,” said John Vanderslice, Global Head of Conrad Hotels & Resorts.

Hilton was a winner at the 2014-2015 World Branding Awards under the Hotels (Global) category.
