CenturyLink has secured an endorsement agreement with Denver Broncos line-backer, Brandon Marshall. In line with the partnership, the athlete is set to appear in local television and radio commercials as well as online, print, and social media promotions for the brand.

The upcoming campaign is focused on the theme, Home Team, Home Connection, and will highlight the marque’s interactive television service, Prism, in Denver. The interactive Prism TV platform is delivered through the communications company’s fibre optic network.

The offering is an alternative to cable and satellite services, providing customers with advanced features and the latest in entertainment technology. Its advanced features include a wireless set-top box, whole-home DVR, and mobile app for at-home or on-the-go programming.

Other highlights entail a video-on-demand library, an app centre for accessing social network sites, and vast selection of sports packages like Fox Sports North, and the Pac-12, NFL, and SEC networks, alongside premium mobile content from HBO GO, MAX GO, STARZ Play, and SHOWTIME Anytime.

Marshall is a fifth-year line-backer who played 36 career regular-season games and seven playoff contests during his first four NFL seasons with Jacksonville in 2012 and Denver from 2013 to 2015. He finished second with 101 tackles (76 solo) in 2015. He is in his fourth season with the team.

“Brandon Marshall is a fan favourite and we’re very excited to have him on board to help promote our Prism TV service as well as build momentum for the upcoming Denver Broncos season,” Terry Beeler, Mountain West Region President at CenturyLink.
