British Airways has added Nicole Scherzinger and YolanDa Brown to its Mardi Gras VIP flight line-up which launches its New Orleans route.

Nicole Scherzinger and YolanDa Brown have been confirmed to line up the British Airways VIP charter flight to Mardi Gras to launch its new route to New Orleans. The musicians will perform exclusively to 150 guests for its inaugural flight departing Heathrow on 24 February.

Alongside live in-flight entertainment, guests will enjoy a Creole menu and cocktails with mixologists ‘flaring’ on board. From 27 March, the carrier will offer flights four times a week from Heathrow and will be the only airline flying direct between Europe and New Orleans.

The charter will depart Heathrow at 10:00 am on 24 February and arrive at the Louis Armstrong International Airport at 2:00 pm. The return flight will depart from the Louisiana city at 11:25 pm on 27 February, and arrive at Heathrow at 2:10 pm the following day.

New Orleans, also known as The Big Easy, is famous for jazz, the French Quarter, Bourbon Street, Creole cuisine and its annual Mardi Gras celebration. British Airways is a three-time winner of the World Branding Awards in the Airline category.
