For its anniversary festivities, Allswell has partnered with Mini Melanie Dessert Shop to create a crumbless cake that fans can enjoy in bed.

For its first anniversary, Allswell has partnered with Mini Melanie Dessert Shop to create a crumbless cake custom-designed to be eaten in bed. Crafted by Chopped champ, Melanie Moss, the limited-edition offering marries vanilla funfetti with rich white chocolate ganache.

Alongside a filling of whipped cream, the delight is topped with gold and rose gold sprinkles for a celebratory finish. The concoction uses extra-fine pastry flour and a proprietary vanilla cream which combine to lend the treat a mess-free texture ideal for leisurely consumption.

The partnership is an extension of the bedding company’s festivities recently kicked off with the renaming of a king-sized mattress to ‘Supreme Queen’ in honour of women. The brand  also brought a royal mural to the streets of New York with graffiti artiste, Kelsey Montague.

Hyping up the campaign, Allswell invited mothers across the United States to stay in bed and #BanTheBrunch. A cross-country tour of the Allswell Tiny Home was also just rolled out. The cake is available for delivery in New York City, and crumbless truffles elsewhere.

The twelve-piece truffles set comes in multiple flavours such as funfetti, lemon poppy, and chocolate espresso. Both the Allswell birthday cake and 12-pack truffles can be purchased online through the Mini Melanie Dessert Shop website as well between now and 12 April.

“From selling out our Luxe mattresses to going on a nationwide tour with our custom-built tiny home, we had a great launch this year. We couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate than inviting all to stay in bed and eat cake,” said Arlyn Davich, Brand President of Allswell.
