The new CDM unites the offices of New York, Princeton, Montreal, London, Paris, Barcelona, Milan, and Sao Paulo under Barich’s lead.
Omnicom Health Group has welcomed fresh leadership and structure for CDM, strengthening the global reach and collaborative power of the network. Central to the revised structure is the promotion of Kyle Barich to the position of Chief Executive Officer for said agency.

In his new role, he’ll be even more effective, extending his influence all over the world of CDM,” said Ed Wise, CEO of the Omnicom Health Group.
The move offers clients access to a mix of global talent and the ability to tap into borderless thinking to drive innovative ideas for the group’s healthcare brands. The new entity unites the offices of New York, Princeton, Montreal, London, Paris, Barcelona, Milan, and Sao Paulo under Barich’s leadership.
Having successfully grown the size and client offerings of the New York office for five years, where he was President, he takes the reins at the larger organisation. Prior to that, he co-founded and ran CDM Princeton for more than a decade. The individual office leads will now report to him.
Meanwhile, changes are also scheduled to take place at the largest office within the agency—New York. Replacing Barich as President, former Managing Partner and Director of Client Services of the same branch, Lori Klein, will pick up from where he left off and assume command.
A nearly 20-year veteran of the agency, she brings exceptional talent development skills and a restless desire to drive performance in guiding the 350-person agency. Partnering with her is Managing Partner and Executive Creative Director, Chris Palmer, and Jennifer O’Dwyer, who will step in as Director of Client Services.
Celine Vita, formerly Client Service Director, will be assuming the newly formed role of Associate Partner, Director of Business Growth. The leadership teams of the other offices remain unchanged. CDM is within the Omnicom Health Group, the industry’s largest group of healthcare communication agency brands.
