American Eagle Outfitters has rolled out its fall campaign which features new talent and a denim line called The New American Jean.

American Eagle Outfitters has debuted its Fall 2017 campaign with a fresh cast and innovative denim. The fashion brand’s latest clothing collection, The New American Jean, includes new fits, washes, and fabrications. Hitting stores on 8 July, the line features 15 styles for women and 11 for men.

Chosen for their ability to break stereotypes, the push stars a roster of millennials from varied backgrounds. They are model-actress-vlogger, Amanda Steele; professional basketballer and artist, Brandon Ingram; champion bull rider and model, Bonner Bolton; and Halima Aden, an inclusivity activist.

Two others include model and body positive activist, Iskra Lawrence; and rapper-actor, Joey Bada$$. Delivered in unretouched, motivational imagery as well as video, the creative effort captures said line-up, alongside a backdrop which represents their individual style, passion, and personalities.

Meanwhile, to maintain a contemporary vibe, the soundtrack selected for the campaign is Can I Kick It by A Tribe Called Quest. Between the classic bass line and lyrics, each of the talent on board pays tribute to the iconic record by showcasing how they kick it in their The New American Jean fits.

The collection’s key design highlights entail five rises in the best-selling Jegging, new destroyed washes, and the retailer’s interpretation of the Tom Girl and Mom Jean for women. For men, the brand debuts extended black denim, slimmer fits, and an expanded assortment of its popular flex denim.

“We are continuously evolving our technology to represent a new standard in denim. With fit, quality, and value top of mind, we hope our jeans inspire this generation to make their mark through creativity and self-expression,” said Chad Kessler, Global Brand President at American Eagle Outfitters.
